How To Order

Process


Q: How can I place an order?

A: Once you have finalized the invitation design and completed your payment, please submit your text using the form we provide. For any inquiries, you can reach us via email.

Q: What is the expected delivery time for an invitation?
A: Our standard processing time is 2-3 days, which includes text modifications and edits requested after payment is completed.

Q: How many edits are included with the order?
A: You are entitled to two edits at no additional cost. Any further changes will incur additional charges, categorized as minor or major edits.

Q: How should I submit my text?
A: Once your order is confirmed, you will receive an email containing a form for text submission.

Q: How can I contact you for assistance?
A: Email is our primary method of communication. Given that this is a digital product, communication via WhatsApp is also considered more convenient.

Design And Animation

Q. Can we make design changes to the invitation?
A. These are templates. The only customization available is in Text and Music.

Q. Can the font be changed?
A. Customisation is only available in Text and Music.

Q. Can I change the music?
A.Yes, you can. However, you need to finalize the music as soon as the text is approved.

Q. Do you do invites in other languages?
A. No, not yet will soon.

Q. We want to mix 2 different songs for the invite?
A. We don’t do music editing and mixing at our end. However, if you provide the
file, we are happy to use it.

Q. Do you suggest music options?
A. Yes we do send you a playlist in the form provided for text.

Price

Q. We want the same invite for the other (Bride or Groom) side of the family. Is that chargeable?
A. Yes, it is charged extra, You will have to pay the full price again as it is counted as a new project.

Q. Is the Monogram/ Couple Logo part of the invite cost?
A. No, it will be charged separately. A link will be provided for it in the form of text customization.

Terms and Condition

Q. If I wish to remove the brand logo from our invite?
A. It will charge you 40% extra of your total invite price.

Q. In how many days has our reply been noted?
A. We works on Indian timezone, which is 5:30+ GMT. Our working hours are 11:00 AM to 7:00 PM. Expect the reply in 3-4 hours if communicated in the first half of the day, or else it will be the next day. We always revert within 24 hours from the time of communication except for weekends.
A Delay in sharing any included revision within 24 hours of sharing the delivery would incur 20% charges as additionally for every 24 hours.

Delivery

Q. How will you deliver our Invitation?
A. There are two ways to share the file. We can either give you a Google Drive link or to be shared on WhatsApp.
